1. Brush your teeth twice a day.
Brushing your teeth twice a day can bring a drastic change to your life. You no longer have to suffer from yellow teeth throughout the day and you would not even have to worry about your teeth catching plaque after eating food. 2. Drink 3 liters of water per day.
It is scientifically proven that human body requires tons of water. If people do not drink at least 3 liters of water every day they might suffer from dehydration. This dehydration can further result in various types of weaknesses. However, it is true that not everyone can consume 3 liters of water each day, so all you can do is keep a bottle full of water with you all the time whether you are at home, at school or at work and drink as much as possible.
3. Eat a hand full of nuts every day.
How many of you wonder eating nuts could increase your weight if on a diet? You are not wrong though, nuts surely contain lot of calories, but they contain many nutrients as well which are desired by your body. However, having a handful of nuts once a day won’t do any harm to your diet. This would also help clear heart problems, if any and provide your body with the calcium, iron, and magnesium it needs.
4. Put on socks while sleeping.
Dry feet and cracked heels is no more an issue for you if you give your feet a coconut oil massage and then cover them with socks before going to bed. Socks help your feet to stay moisturized and also protects your bed sheet from getting greasy. Though it might take a month or so to notice a difference if your feet are in bad condition.

6. Follow a proper diet plan.
Many of us do not consume the right amount of healthy food and later on, wonder what resulted in this huge weight gain. So for a healthier body, you need to make a proper diet plan and eat as much healthy food as required. Eating in small portions thrice a day with a few healthy snacks is also another way of maintaining a perfectly smart body.
7. Try to consume natural herbs.

9. Ice your face.
Open pores are an issue for every teenager nowadays and getting dirt in them and causing infections is a greater problem. Icing can help to tighten your pores and prevents any dirt from getting in. It does not only work as a protection but also makes your skin fresh.
10. Floss your teeth after eating meals.
Only brushing is not enough to deal with your greasy and crunchy food. Keeping some other dental care is also important. You need to floss your teeth after every meal and have to keep them clean inorder to avoid any plaque that might be planning to form up.
11. Make reading a habit.
The human mind works within a limit and we ourselves have created that certain limit. We do not let our minds cross them. However, it is totally wrong and one should make reading a habit to give your mind a wider span to think on. 12. Work according to your list.

13. Clear out or donate extra stuff.

14. Learn to say no to unnecessary commitments.
Most of us love to help people even if they are strangers to us. However, to please them we sometimes agree upon stuff that is not convenient for us. We must restrain ourselves from indulging in such unnecessary activities.Your health and time comes first than anyone else’s desires. So we should learn to say no to people and to ourselves as well.
15. Sleep! Sleep! Sleep!
Sleep is important for all of us because if we do not sleep the human brain stops working effectively. It requires a sleep of about 7 hours to work actively for rest of the day. However, some people take a lot of sleep which is not good either. Taking numerous hours of sleep could also adversely affect the performance of our brain. So we should take proportionate amount of sleep.
