Tech Support/sales Executive (Voice) for US UK & AUSTRALIA
US Process with rotational shift from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am.
1.We are looking for Technical Support & Sales Executives who are ambitious, passionate and
gain real satisfaction in delivering outstanding service. They will be part of a team that provides
remote support tasks from a remote location.
2. The environment supported by the team is quite complex with multiple domains and networks.
3. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, organized and able communicator in English
(both written and verbal), and has extensive experience in desktop, laptop, mobile and server
support, and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request.
1.Technical Sales process (Only voice based) call the Customers up-sell the product
2. Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting
3. Interaction with customers located in the USA /Canada over the phone
Performing callbacks as required.
Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Flexible work style – ability to work in night shifts.

4. Ability to work under pressure
Salary – Negotiable (As Per the Slab Already been discussed) + attractive incentives + meal +cab
